By accessing or using Ark Electric OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Ark Electric OS is a field service management platform designed for electrical contractors. The Service includes lead management, job scheduling, estimate and invoice generation, customer communications, and related features.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $199/month. Your subscription begins after the 21-day free trial. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
New accounts receive a 21-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including customer information, job records, estimates, and invoices. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via Resend, SMS via Twilio).
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to transmit spam, engage in fraudulent activity, violate any applicable law, or infringe on the rights of others.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ark Electric OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
